West High Street Villas

This commercial multi residential development project incorporated the design of five villas. Split into three x 3 bedroom single garage villas and two x 3 bedroom double garage attached duplex villas. The development is located on the CBD fringe and boasts modern and convenient urban living.

Featuring an open plan living design, these villas were all sold off the plan which shows the high interest in the design and quality finish of these urban dwellings, meeting the market expectations. All interior and exterior selections were designed by the design studio 22 team and invoke a sense of contemporary warmth with the natural and earthy tones and materials featuring throughout the villa design.

This project wasn’t without its challenges, including a sloping site with services constraints however through skilled design, we were able to make the best use of the site’s orientation and achieve a well planned layout with street appeal.

Built by Sanco Projects and Robert Shone this project is built with absolute quality craftsmanship which the new owners will enjoy for years to come.
