The Esplanade Apartment, Woolgoolga

Ocean panoramas underpin this impressive remodel and renovation, bringing real sophistication to apartment living

Located on Pollock Esplanade in Woolgoolga, this project was all about showcasing the uninterrupted ocean views. It comprised of the complete remodel and renovation of two second floor apartments to become one expansive apartment. The design of the new floor plan had one goal: to take advantage of the coastal backdrop as much as possible.

Built by the talented team at Build by the Sea, the result was a modern panoramic apartment with high quality interior selections and finishes, all designed by the design studio 22 team. With a focus on coastal accents and tones, the interiors were designed to be modern, sustainable and complimentary to the ocean views.

The project also required the coordination of the works and any constraints with Strata Management to ensure a fluid and well executed renovation schedule and outcome for all parties.
