This project is situated in the sleepy northern beach suburb of Arrawarra. Perfectly positioned, this project featured the demolition of an existing home and the design and construction of a new two storey, three bedroom home featuring open plan living and with a separate office upstairs. With the brief for downstairs for versatility, for use as private holiday accommodation, featuring a separate living, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom amenities.

Our interior design team loved working on the interior and exterior finishes for this property with the result being a contemporary coastal home design. Expert builders, Build by The Sea, did a wonderful job at bringing this project to life with their attention to detail and focus on custom timber finishes.

The overwhelming result for this project was a quality home that is well appointed, contemporary in style and versatility and only a stones throw away from the beach.
