Showcasing the best in modern urban architecture, this dual residential development epitomises coastal living.

Utilising the ocean views as the backdrop, the brief for this project was to create two impressive holiday homes both boasting three bedrooms. The design stretched the DCP in maximising the potential of the site to ensure the client’s goals were met.

With a vision to create a modern architectural design, the end result features Alucobond panel and Cemintel cladding to bring that concrete dark external facade. Combined with the spectacular timber features including the custom wooden panel balcony soffit. The design is really brought to life by the picturesque ocean backdrop and black accents throughout adding an industrial edge.

Lovingly built by the masters at Build by The Sea, this project was a real success for our clients. They fell in love with the finished homes, so much so, that they decided to live in the top residence rather than holiday letting it! A testament to the project’s quality finishes and impressive design.
