Heron Place, Sawtell

This project really showcases the best of outdoor living in Sawtell. Incorporating the design of a new in ground swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and entertaining area. Plus, the design of the connecting stair case and deck area accessible to the second story living space. This clever design really transformed this home to be a real entertainer, making the best of the gorgeous nature surrounds and sunlight to enhance the design and useability.

With a beautiful coastal palette including stone pavers, royal blue pool finish and quality timber finishes, the masters at Baldwin Building Group really brought this outdoor entertainer to life through their quality craftsmanship.

The complimentary landscape design was executed by Dawes Landscaping, completing the new outdoor sanctuary through simple plant choices, natural stone and pebble beds.
