Coastal Media Offices

The Coastal Media office project included a complete redesign and renovation of an outdated commercial building located in the Coffs Harbour Jetty area. The brief was to create state of the art and professional office, meeting and filming spaces for Coastal Media’s head office, plus the design of two additional office premises to be leased. Andrew Wilson was the project architect and the internal and external finishes were completed by our interior design team.

Prior to their purchase the building was a seafood warehouse which was rundown and an eye saw. In order to make the design a reality it required complete gutting and refurbishment to turn it into professional commercial office spaces. Aside from the internal remodeling which included dedicated offices, staff areas, reception, accessible bathroom/ shower amenities and green room space for filming, the external building also had a face lift through fresh paint, signage and new windows and entry doors for the three commercial office spaces.

The result was a stylish and functional multi-purpose commercial premise, redefining its location and street scape of the laneway it’s located within.
