Beachside living is at its best with this new home build at North Sapphire Beach Estate.

Our design incorporated a well-appointed, family two-storey three bedroom home boasting a large office area, second media/lounge room, triple bay 2-storey garage, large kitchen with separate butler’s pantry and stunning outdoor pool and alfresco entertaining area. All interior and exterior selections were also provided by design studio 22 for this coastal home design.

Brought to life by Build by The Sea, the external finishes featured Axon cladding and acrylic render finished in Colorbond Gully and Surfmist, complimenting the surrounding environment. The alfresco space included oversized Italian ceramic tiles around the beautiful inground pool.

Internally the home showcases a stunning custom Tasmanian oak staircase with LED lighting and glass balustrade. The designer kitchen features Asko appliances, Abbey Schock metallic black sink, Zip Tap and Caesarstone in Shitake, plus a spacious butler’s pantry.

Incorporating the Estate’s design guidelines, the neutral colour palate perfectly reflects the coastal position and natural surrounds. Highlighted by the quality and sustainable finishes and natural materials used throughout the home.
